"Dolly at Mettle is great. I broke my ankle and after 5 months, it was still not right. Dolly was great at understanding the problem and helping me recover. She worked with me and researched why I wasn't getting better. She was able to manipulate tendons back into place which finally put my ankle on track to full recovery. She got me working with exercises that strengthened all of my weakened muscles. What a difference! After over 6 months of frustration I can finally see full recovery coming."

"Dr. Paul and the crew at Mettle Physical Therapy are top notch. There are so many reasons I would recommend going to Mettle. First, they are SO knowledgeable. They take the time to really understand your needs and to explain everything to you. Each time I walk in they ask me how I’m doing and they genuinely want to know. They are able to adjust your exercises on the fly and are committed to making sure you are doing each one correctly for maximum benefit and healing. There is no flying on autopilot for them. When Dr. Paul gives a massage she has the ability to find every trigger point and knot in my back. I always leave with less pain. It is also a fun environment. Everyone there is fun to chat with and has a good sense of humor. Erin also has some great playlists that help pass the time. They make it fun to go to PT! I also love that there are multiple ways to get in contact with them. Sometimes I’d rather text or email rather than call and they have that option. I’ve been to PT at other practices and this place is by far the best!"

"I have to say, Dr. Paul, Lu, Erin, and their mascot, Andy, are the best! They are friendly, have great work ethic, and are always professional. Though, Andy, could use a little bit more meat on his bones! They have become like family to me! I have been a client of theirs for the past year working on various parts that get abused because of both my profession and activity level. And we have been able to get them each back to a functional level. They are located in a very convenient location, have great hours, and provide one on one physical therapy. I would give them six stars, but, they have yet to take my suggestion of giving Andy a sash to proudly wear. Maybe one of these days they will! "Dr. Paul and staff are absolutely amazing. I have been going to Mettle PT since the beginning of the year for vestibular issues, which Dr. paul assessed and through her therapy sessions and what I have been doing @ home she has given me quality of life back. In the interim, I had an issue with my back, 1 session, immediate results. Now I am dealing with knee pain. Dr. Paul to the rescue. Apparently, my kneecap was slightly off track and pressing on other areas of the knee causing me to not want to walk or go up or down stairs. "My brother Henry has Down Syndrome and I brought him to Mettle Physical Therapy because he has orthopedic issues and a very stiff neck. From the start he felt comfortable there and Dr. Paul treated him with compassion to make sure he felt at ease. He now sees Dr. Kennedy who also treats him very well. I was having issues after having some lymph nodes removed after breast surgery. She worked with me for weeks and relieved me of my pain.
